1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only in the case of defective, damaged, or incorrect items. To be eligible for a return:

  • You must notify us within 3 days of receiving the order.

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging.

2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details and clear photos of the issue. Once your return request is approved, we will guide you through the return process.

3. Refund Process
As we operate on a Cash on Delivery basis:

  • Refunds will be processed only if payment has already been collected and the return is approved.

  • Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or an agreed alternative method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

4. Non-Returnable Items
Items that are used, damaged after delivery, or returned without original packaging will not be eligible for a refund.

5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you received an incorrect or faulty item, we will arrange a replacement upon approval of your return.

6. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping charges may be covered by us in cases of confirmed damage, defect, or incorrect item. For all other cases, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping.
